Team Building New Generation & Catalyst Morocco is proud to be a member of the Catalyst Team Building Network, which includes more than 50 partners in over 90 countries. We continuously exchange best practices and collaborate to offer high-quality team-building programs to all our clients worldwide.

In 2017, 3,140 Catalyst Team Building programs were conducted, involving 250,000 participants globally. This success is attributed to:

  • Catalyst Global ensures the quality of its products and the professionalism of its sales and service delivery, tailored to each client’s specific needs. Catalyst Global also conducts comprehensive and ongoing training programs for its partners to maintain excellence in the sales and delivery of Catalyst Team Building programs. Partners in the Catalyst Team Building network regularly share their knowledge and best practices on an internal forum and meet annually at local or international conferences.

Sales conditions

Booking automatically implies the client’s acceptance of the following conditions. Any provision, emails, acknowledgments, and other client documents that modify the terms of this purchase order will be deemed null and void unless they are in writing and approved and signed by us, also referred to hereinafter as Team Building New Generation. Bookings can be made by email or phone. In the case of phone bookings, they must be confirmed in writing.

Booking and Payment Conditions (Signature of the quote serving as a purchase order):

  • Deposit 1: 50% payable at the time of booking.
  • Balance: Payable 3 days before the event date.
  • In case of non-payment according to the aforementioned conditions, this will result in an increase in the amounts due, with late fees equivalent to 1.5 times the legal interest rate from the due date.

Modification Conditions:

  • More than 15 days before the activity date: Any change in the number of participants, whether an increase or decrease, will result in the issuance of a new quote.
  • Less than 15 days before the activity date:
  • Any increase in the number of participants will require a new quote.
  • Any reduction in the number of participants does not change the amount set in the initial quote.

Cancellation Conditions:

  • 30% in case of cancellation up to 31 days before the scheduled event date.
  • 80% in case of cancellation between 30 and 16 days before the scheduled event date.
  • 100% in case of cancellation less than 15 days before the scheduled event date.

Weather conditions do not justify cancellation or postponement if the activity can be provided by us. Our agency reserves the right to modify any program with or without notice depending on weather or safety conditions, without any participant being able to claim compensation.
