Groups are tasked with developing a distinctive digital stop motion animation sequence centered around a specific theme. The process begins with teams crafting a ‘storyboard’ that outlines the envisioned final product of their animation. Next, in their animation studio, teams use various objects to digitally capture their movement in a series of small, sequential steps. Once this is accomplished, they playback their video to witness their stop motion narrative come to life, often resulting in entertaining and delightful outcomes.

In the Animate experience, every participant has a vital role to fulfill. As any filmmaker can attest, effective communication, meticulous planning, and strong coordination are crucial components of the filmmaking process. Animate effectively brings business goals, product launches, and essential messages to life in an engaging and thought-provoking manner.
The theme for the Animate project can be customized to align with your team’s objectives, current project, or business focus. While the theme provides a framework, the story and message possibilities are bound only by the creativity of each group. As Frank Capra famously stated, “There are no rules in filmmaking. Only sins. And the cardinal sin is dullness.” In Animate, participants are encouraged to unleash their creative potential, collaborate, and exchange innovative ideas.
