ABOUT :
Participants are divided into teams to select a model of mechanism to build from idea cards. They pool their knowledge and establish a detailed action plan. Each team constructs a series of simple mechanisms that they must then connect to each other. Effective communication is crucial to ensure seamless continuity. Once the construction time is up, a chain reaction is triggered, much to everyone’s delight.
HIGHLIGHTS :
In this workshop, participants must understand their mission, assess available resources, and communicate effectively to devise a construction plan. Teams develop and implement a common strategy by applying their project management skills. Collaboration, creativity, and the sharing of knowledge and resources are critical for achieving collective success.
