ABOUT :
In our Team Building activity, we offer an immersive experience focused on communication and interdepartmental collaboration within companies in Morocco. Each session is designed to strengthen team bonds and foster a deeper understanding of organizational processes. Participants are grouped into small teams and assigned specific roles in simulation scenarios that require constant interaction and collective decision-making. The goal is to construct a cohesive model using simple elements, highlighting the importance of coordination and cooperation across different hierarchical levels and departments. Each activity is followed by a debriefing session where participants can reflect on challenges faced and propose improvements to optimize team performance.
